Our stay was fantastic! The location was ideal – not too central, making it quiet, yet only a 5-10 minute walk to shops, restaurants, and everything we needed. The breakfast was exceptional; we had originally booked it for just one day but ended up enjoying it every morning of our stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They organized a taxi to the Alhambra for us, which was just a 10-minute ride. (Tip: ask the driver to drop you by the palace entrance/queue if you're starting early, and don’t forget your passport for entry.) We used the sauna twice, and it was a perfect way to unwind after long days of exploring. The shower was excellent, and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Parking at the hotel is limited, so we booked in advance at a nearby location (Telpark/El Violón, a 5-minute walk), which was cheaper and very convenient – highly recommend it. That said, for just a one-night stay, we’d likely book parking directly with the hotel. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’d happily stay here again!

- Our first impression was of how attractive this hotel is. The lobby is very tastefully decorated, clean and smells very nice - Easy to get to in a taxi from Granada Airport - Staff were polite and helpful at check-in. I requested an iron and this was brought up to our room by the housekeeper within 5 minutes - Spacious room with good-sized bathroom - Great location, within walking distance to all attractions and with many shops and restaurants nearby - Lovely, well-priced bar downstairs - Great water pressure in the shower - Really nicely-scented shower gel and shampoo provided - Great level of housekeeping every day - We were able to store our luggage securely at reception after check-out, as our Taxi was not until 6pm that day

A very professional hotel with a warmth that made you feel as if you were the person that really mattered to them that day. It’s so well located for exploring Granada which is a great city even without the Alhambra. Rooms are very clean and well laid out with excellent bathrooms. Breakfast is top class with a great range of food plus live cooking. We were half board and very good three course dinners on two nights. Limited choice but seemed very willing to offer alternatives as well. Good wines at excellent price per glass. Very spacious stay and good to have possibility of parking. The staff were excellent especially Claudia.

Our second stay at the Vincci Albayzin, very convenient central location for the highlights of Granada, friendly staff, good facilities, and decent value. Breakfasts are good, and, on this visit, we ate dinner in the hotel restaurant after a long day's visit to The Alhambra- the menu del dia was fine at 24 euros per head. There is underground parking on site, for 25 euros a night - slightly pricy but, again, very convenient. I can't see that we'll stay anywhere else on visits to Granada.

We received two small pieces of cake/brownie with a nice hand written card for our wedding anniversary. It does not need to be a lot, or expensive, but it is nice, to get this great complimentary sign of attention! You feel valued to select the property for your anniversary. The location is great, a regular taxi to the Alhambra costs 9€ from the hotel (morning) an Uber 11€. We were told that Uber is pricier than regular cabs in Granada. So ask the hotel to call a regular cab.
